KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

With a constantly growing business, Propulzija Serbia is looking for a Key Account Manager for handling sales related activities of the company in Serbia and Europe, with special focus on the major clients.

Key Account Manager is an energetic and results-driven sales professional responsible for achieving and further developing business sales results with assigned partners and key customers through our purchase flow from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

· Increasing sales and achieving agreed targets through development and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients
· Opening a new Business opportunity and following up the existing ones
· Analyzing account profiles and potentials of key clients
· Strategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordingly
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements
· Planning sales appointments and promotion activities to new and existing customers
· Analyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each actual or new customer and setting up improvements through cost-benefit and needs analysis
· Close sales targets by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
· Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in timely manner
· Client Management – resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complains to maintain trust
· Source and develop client referrals
· Performing all administrative tasks and follow all companies’ procedures
· Meet or exceed sales goals, striving for further improvement and continuous innovation
· Attending sales fairs and travel to meetings with existing and new clients
· Providing feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitors

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years job experience in sales / key account and trade marketing management
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French or German language will be considered as an advantage
  • High customer orientation with strong interpersonal, negotiations, presentation and communication skills experienced in building and maintaining long-term professional business relationships with clients
  • Highly motivated and target driven professional with analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in providing solution based on customer needs
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
